How to wire thermocouple to the board:

Unscrew/unclip the board cover depending on model. The PCB is then accessable with three rows of numbered screw terminals. After stripping back the PTFE sheath, your thermocouple strands should be attached to the screw terminals.

H = Copper (Cu)
L = Constantan (Ni/Cu)
