Within TQSoft is the ability to create a database with a record of all machines that require to be validated.

This comprises of the Trust, site name and department where held, as well as the serial number, machine type and manufacturer plus other machine specifications.

When sensors and reference is detected stable, TQSoft automatically applies all correction offsets, and produces an error analysis and repeatability display. 

TQSoft simultaneously generates and archives a full and traceable calibration report. Post-test calibration verification is similarly automated with up to 5 separate checking points selectable.

To perform a test in TQSoft is simple with 3 easy questions:

• What Test am I about to perform? (e.g. Porous Thermometric Small Load)
• What machine is it on? (Input serial number)
• What is the cycle number? (Input cycle number)

You can add Job References and extra comments of the load if you wish but these answers are all that is required for producing real time graphical and tabular displays of your thermometric testing.

We have helped Hospitals, Machine Manufacturers and Service Companies develop and maintain detailed proffessional reports for issue to both Authorised Engineers and Clients.

IPReports provides HTM templates that you can use directly or customize to provide the specific information you need. The software allows importing of many different file types so you can import any existing files you may have already designed into one single document.

TQSoft provides a data management utility to enable simple archiving and maintenance of completed test records. Test and set-up data are archived, copied or deleted without recourse to other operating systems. Data Management also provides backup for Test Specifications, Logger Configurations, Calibration Records and the Machine/Autoclave database.

Universal Report Manager offers an alternate and supplementary method of report archiving and distribution, allowing you to convert an electronically assembled HTM report to an Adobe Acrobat PDF document. This gives you the ability to produce reports that are instantly available for transmission by email or other networks.
