Burton Centre for Reproductive Medicine has been using the Isopharm Dewar Alarm System since October 2005 and we are happy to recommend it to others.
We chose this system because it is a wireless system that provides a temperature mapping chart that we can download to ensure that we have a continual record of evidence that the cryopreserved samples are maintained at the correct temperature.
In the event that there was a dewar failure, the continual temperature mapping will allow us to accurately assess the temperatures that the samples were exposed to.
Over the years, with software updates provided as part of our annual service agreement, the system has become even more user friendly.
It is easy to test that the system is working correctly. In the rare event that we have had a problem with the system, the 24 hour support provided by Isopharm has been invaluable.
Our service engineer is friendly and efficient and has always rectified any issues in a timely and professional manner.

The Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford has used the dewar monitoring system since early in 2007. The system is extremely user friendly and levels of liquid nitrogen are easy to monitor.
Also as the system is expandable, we have recently added new tanks to the alarm system with little fuss.
Support from Isopharm-Sentry is very good, with the service engineers being tidy and polite and able to fit around our working practices.
I would certainly recommend ISL to any department considering this type of monitoring equipment
